Every talk is a live transmission of what embodied leadership actually looks like. Michelle does not perform on stage; she inhabits it.
For the last ten years, Michelle Kubasek has been at the intersection of two rare and powerful forces: Ivy League intellect and raw, lived-in wisdom. From the halls of Cornell University to the rigor of a Master's in Nutrition at New York University, she mastered the science. But her real education? That came from sitting with women in the trenches, guiding them through the chaos of modern life and the quiet war they wage against their own sense of self.
The collapse came. Her body completely gave up on her. She was bedridden for most of it, barely able to move, unable to catch her breath while walking. From being an overachiever who ran competitively and did everything well on paper, to being barely able to function. But she had a vision: she would get better. It would not last forever. She quit her job, ended the relationship, packed a bag, and bought a one-way ticket abroad. She didn't go looking for a methodology. She went looking for herself, and found both.
She is a leader of women because she has walked the path she preaches. She isn't here to give you another strategy. She is here to call you back to yourself.
"She is passionate and leads from the heart. She brings acceptance, compassion, and integrity to every conversation and circle she enters."

Most leadership development works from the neck up. Michelle works from the body down, because the most powerful thing a woman can do is stop performing her authority and start inhabiting it. This talk shifts rooms.
45–90 minA deeply personal and universally resonant keynote drawn from Michelle's book. The story of a woman who had everything on paper and was invisible inside all of it, and what happened when she stopped searching and started arriving.
60–90 minIn a world that rewards analysis, the most underutilized leadership asset is the body's intelligence. Michelle teaches women how to access, trust, and act from their deepest knowing, and why it is not soft, it is strategic.
45–60 minWhy do so many accomplished women still feel like they are waiting for permission? This talk dismantles the performance trap and gives women the tools to inhabit their authority: in boardrooms, on stages, and in their own lives.
45–90 minMichelle speaks to corporate audiences, women's conferences, leadership summits, and intimate retreats. She customizes every engagement to the specific needs and culture of the audience.
